The CoachCorp Centre for Professional Coaching was established in 2001.  The Managing Director,

Ross Gillespie, is a member of a number of professional associations, including the St James Ethics Centre, the Australian Human Resources Institute, Australian Institute of Training and Development and the International Coach Federation (Australasia).

Graham Hoult

Graham Hoult is a CoachCorp Alliance partner.

Graham’s original training and work-life was in economics and commerce, and later education. He is now a well recognised executive coach with experience across a number of industries. A founding member of the International Coach Federation in Australia in 1999, he has been a very active member of this global professional association of coaches, mentoring many new coaches and presenting at their National Conferences. He has appeared in many publications as an experienced coach and has published on coaching methodology and the need to move coaching from an industry to a profession.

Graham has experience in management and senior executive roles, as an educational system manager, principal of two secondary colleges in Victoria and as a Director of a TAFE Institute. He has had for over twenty years a strong association and affinity with the Gippsland area through consulting, training, coaching and reviewing assignments.

Qualifications and Accreditations:

B.Ec., Dip. Ed., Cert. Fin. Mgt., Mt. Eliza Business School Residential Leadership Program, ICF Certified Coach (ACC), AGCPC (CoachCorp), CTI (USA) and EduCoach (USA), ACE, TCI Stellar Team Coaching Diagnostic Affiliate,  Accredited School Reviewer (Victorian Government/Independent and International schools).

Ross is the Managing Director of CoachCorp, has a successful background in coaching and training and in operations and management at Departmental, Divisional, General Manager and CEO levels. He has experience as a Deputy Director of a TAFE Institute and General Manager of a State Government Statutory Authority. He is a past Executive Director of the Victorian Institute of Senior TAFE Administrators.

In addition to coaching for success, Ross has national experience as a consultant to business, to multinational companies, to vocational education and training providers, and in designing and delivering management programs in the fields of consulting practice, human resource and performance management, competency based learning, marketing, career change and planning, and managing organisational change. Ross has post graduate qualifications and has studied and practised in coaching, management, leadership, marketing, training, adult and organisational learning for 25 years.

Norah Breekveldt

 

Norah Breekveldt  BA, MBA, CPC, ACC

Norah Breekveldt has over 20 years’ experience in human resource management, specialising in aligning people, systems and structure to business strategy. She graduated from the Certificate in Professional Coaching program in 2002. Norah has held senior line management and consulting roles across private, public and not-for-profit organisations.

Norah uses executive coaching to create alignment in businesses. She helps her coaching clients understand their own personal values, leadership styles, strengths and weaknesses, and to identify realistic and achievable goals that will truly maximise their potential and their value to the organisation. Norah is an alumnus of the Williamson Community Leadership Program and the Myer Foundation’s Cranlana Program. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Management (AIM), the Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and the ICF. Norah has accreditations in FiroB, is an accredited Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Belbin Team Roles facilitator and is also a qualified NLP Practitioner.

Norah has held a number of positions on boards of not-for-profit organisations. She was a recipient of a Telstra Business Women’s Award in 1995 and an Australian Financial Review/Business Council of Australia Corporate Work and Family Award in 1993 for the introduction of innovative equal employment opportunity policies and practices at a major manufacturer.
